First Day of School

Today was my first day back at my preschool and it was a good day!

I got to see my favorite teachers and friends from last year and I said "bye-bye Mommy" with no trouble. I wasn't quite ready to go potty there (sometimes new potties make me nervous) but I told Valerie that I would "Go pee at home" and I did:) It was a good day.

Back Seat Driver

We went to Black Butte last week (I will post more about that later, it was super fun:) which is about 2 hours away from here. I am used to car rides, the beach house is 2 hours away as well, and I am pretty happy sitting back and relaxing with a video and snacks. Mom is not so relaxed in the car, much to Dad's dismay. A car ride with Mom and Dad includes many speed limit reminders, little gasps and calls of "Be careful, Brandon!". So no one should be surprised when, while on our drive to Black Butte, I have taken to calling out "Careful, Brandon, slow down!!". Lucky, lucky, Daddy to have not one but two backseat drivers.
